Blackmur Memorial Library is an independent library located in Water Valley, Mississippi serving the people of Water Valley and Yalobusha County since 1977.
We are located at 608 Blackmur Drive in the historic home of the Blackmur Family, which was donated to the City of Water Valley by Mrs. Nell Blackmur to serve as a library for the community.
